Q&A 025 — Health

Some people treat
health like discipline.

Better food.
Better sleep.
Better routines.

Others treat
health like luck.

Genetics.
Age.
Timing.

What would an ossan think about health?

Ossan’s answer

An ossan doesn’t believe
health is control.

Health is balance
meeting reality.

And sometimes,
reality changes
before habits do.

An ossan accepts this quietly.

He doesn’t chase perfection.
He doesn’t ignore decline either.

He listens
to what the body repeats.

That’s all.

Health cannot be guaranteed.
But attention can.

An ossan learns this late:

The biggest health risks
are not always dramatic.

They are often
the things you ignore
because they feel normal.

An ossan would stop here.

Not because health is solved,
but because maintenance costs something.
